1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Joyfully (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.


2. Description of Service

The App provides wellness tracking, insights, and recommendations. It may integrate with Google Fit and Apple HealthKit to collect and display health-related data.

You control which data is shared and can revoke permissions at any time through your device settings.


3. Health Disclaimer

The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your diet, exercise, or wellness routines.

Do not rely solely on the App for health decisions.


4. Data Access & Permissions

  • Google Fit / Apple HealthKit: The App will only access and use data you explicitly grant permission for.
  • Data is used solely to provide App features and is not sold to third parties.
  • You may revoke access at any time via your device’s privacy settings.


5. Google Fit & Apple HealthKit Compliance

  • Data Collection & Use: The App accesses Google Fit and/or Apple HealthKit data only with your explicit consent, and solely to provide and improve App features such as activity tracking, wellness insights, and progress visualization.
  • No Sale of Data: We do not sell, rent, or otherwise monetize your Google Fit or Apple HealthKit data to third parties.
  • No Use for Advertising: Data obtained from Google Fit or Apple HealthKit is not used for targeted advertising or similar marketing purposes.
  • User Control: You may revoke the App’s access to Google Fit or Apple HealthKit data at any time via your device’s privacy settings. Revoking access may limit certain App features.
  • Data Security: We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your health data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
  • Accuracy of Data: Data from Google Fit and Apple HealthKit may not always be accurate or complete. We are not responsible for errors or omissions in such data.


6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information.
  • Use the App only for lawful purposes.
  • Not misuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the App’s services.


7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and code in the App are owned by Joyfully LLC or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute without permission.


8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including reliance on data or recommendations provided.


9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.


10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
